Bad service from Outsurance

Outsurance has a bad reputation of increasing premiums without taking other factors into account (premiums paid, claims, value of car decreasing), yet they cite inflation only, and about how wonderful road side assistance you get which is standard on most insurers.

I was helped previously to reduce my premiums on a yearly basis and this time i was point blank refused any assistance or escalation by Pabi. Its disappointing that Outsurance takes they customers for fools.
