BAD SERVICE FROM OUTSURANCE

i have had submitted a claim 6 march 2015, and outsurance approved my damages and claim. It is now 22 june almost 4.5 months and i am still waiting for my claim to be settled.<br> <br> i have called Lynette Govender several times and never calls back , but when i get hold of her , she lies and tells me tat she will mail me the remittance form and she never does . this has been going on for 3 months and getting no luck with outsurance. The service sucks ...<br> <br> please outsurance , could you please assist me ..
