BAD SERVICE FOR BUSINESS INSURANCE
I have always spoken highly of outsuarance, a month ago i had a burglary at one of businesses and outsurance refused to claim. i specifically told the agent that i have 2 businesses ant the agent insured 1 and said the fall under the same name. outsurance has been deducting money but are refusing to pay for their staff incompetency. if you have business insurance i suggest you get insurance elsewhere because these people are ******. they always find a reason not to pay. and management does not even call to ask what issues you have. i sent the email to Daya Naik and Yagan naidoo. NO RESPONSE THE SERICE IS APPALLING
