BAD SERVICE / FALSE ADVERTISING

I just received a call from a representative at the outsurance call center as my friend gave my name as a referral to them, the consultant asked me if they could give me a quote to try and beat my current car insurer and if they are unable to beat my current insurance premium they will give me R400.00. I said sure lets give it a go. I was on the phone with the consultants manager for a total of 13 minuets and 43 seconds, gave him all my details and the best quote they could give me was for R820.00 he then quickly thanked me for my time and put the phone down on me. SHAME ON YOU OUTSURANCE WHY DO YOU GET YOUR REPRESENTATIVES/MANAGERS TO MAKE FALSE STATEMENTS IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE PEOPLE THE R400 AS PROMISED, DISGUSTING AND APPALLING BEHAVIOR FROM YOUR COMPANY. I will never recommend Outsurance to any of my family or friends this is false advertising plain and simple.....................
