Bad Service / False Advertising
They advertised that if they could not beat your car insurance they will pay you R400 and i submitted my current insurance from Old Mutual that they couldn't beat to the email i was given by they're call center agent, i submitted all the info as they're call center agent told me and they never got back to me with my R400, this is false advertising at it's best.
