Bad service ever

<p>On the 5th of June i was involved in a car accident and the lady who bumped in to was very frendly and willing to help with paying of my car damages she is insured with outsurance, we both filled in all the required documents and submite them to outsurance but till to date (13/07/2017) my car is still not fix and im not getting any feedback from outsurance as to whats happening or when will my car be fix i always send them email but they dont respond back. The person i last spoke to was Nonto Nxasane. i have never in my life recieved such bad service and fad up with outsurance. </p>
