Bad Service!

So is the ****, if we cant better your insurance we will pay you? Outsurance could not better my insurance, they sent me a link to complete to pay me the 500/1500, the link did not work. I called and called and called and no one could help me. I emailed them all the relevant documents. Called them again, said they would resend the link, they DID NOT! I emailed them and called them again an no one is getting back to me what bull **** is this? Why is no one getting back to me. Why are you wasting my time? You should honor your word. You could not better my insurance you have all my documents why are you not paying me???
