Bad service company Outsurance

Outsurance does not respect a third party claim. I am dealing with the legal department Kulani Maluleka. She does not return calls and always they say she is busy. She does not want to pay for damages her client caused. She the client, Mrs TC chetty **** about the accident and Outsurance just believes her. I pulled out an article from the net and found out, it is the responsibilty of the person who hit you from the back to pay for damages. Now kulani is making every excuse not to pay. This is a tipical Momentum situation. Seems like all insurance companies are the same, don't pay.
