BAD SERVICE BY OUTSURANCE

We are having the worst experience. We had an accident and put in a claim. We used JL PANELBEATERS in Margate as one of Outsurance approved dealers. Got our car back after almost 2 months and the work WAS NOT DONE PROPERLY. Car came back without a door handle, back door window not working properly. Lock on front door not working. Black strips on sides of doors are loose NEW DAMAGE back bumper damaged by JL PANELBEATERS . Windscreen that was cracked, cracked further.

OUTSURANCE is neglecting to give urgent attention to this matter. My husband and I spoke to Outsurance time and again. On Monday 4 March I was promised feedback not later than 5 March. Almost end of day 6 March.
