Bad service, bad attittude,

Was involved in a a car incident on the 23rd of December 2021, with lady driver who skipped a stop street in Parkhurst, reported accicent the next day at Parkview police station. Contacted Outsurance claims devision with relevant detail. Yesterday my claims facilitator Millicent Santi contacted me to inform me that my policy with Outsurance does not cover a towing service or road side assitance, and the 23 odd thousand damage to my car will not be covered as my police is insufficient?! Why do I pay R875 a month? There claims department so different from the honey sweet sales and Marketing department! I must wait for a recording report to verify whether I was told about the type of insurance I agreed to! Who in their right mind woud not want a towing service or road side assistance in a big city? Would R23000 damage to a vehice really really not be covered by such an expensive policy? I will surely vote with my feet.......
