Bad service at Petsurance

Car insurance of OUTsursance the best of the best but not the petinsurance. They advertise on TV that claims are paid in a day, but that's wrong advertising because of all 5 my claims the shortest was 3 to 5 days. With my last claim I submitted it on Friday 29 May 2026 and on 01 June 2026 at 20: 20 still nothing from advisor at Petsurance. I won't recommend petsurance to anybody.
