Bad service after accident

In Nov 2013 I was involved in a accident where the other driver admitted to being responsible but I was forced by the Legal department to claim of my own insurance as the accident happened by a robot. I was promised that my premium won't increase. Early 2014 a inspector came to check if my vehicle was properly repaired. He was not happy about a couple of things and said he will report it. Till now I am still waiting for responses. As of Nov 2014 my premium was increased From R503 to R676. So one year after my accident my premium goes up even though the value of my vehicle is less. I phone for a better quote but they said it can only happens if they increase my excess. In general I feel I am being ********** as I already lost my outbonus due to them.
