bad service
Bads service. As a client of Outsurance, their service is absolutely pathetic. When you raise a query/ complaint, you have to wait days before you get any feedback and then you have to call them several times before getting a response. All they good for is to puch up the annual premiums and all i get is the same *** service. I certainly did not get anything out, that's for sure.
