Bad Service

An agent called me requesting that i get a quote from OUTsurance. He told me that he will beat my current premium else i would get R500 cash back. I told him i was busy and did not have time, he insisted it would take a few mins, after nearly mins on the call i was given a quote that was triple my current insurance. He mentioned that he wud send a link for me to upload documents and get the R500. At the end of the day i did not get the mail so i called and they said they will send it shortly. The next day i still did not rec the mail so i called again. The agent said they will send it shortly. A few mins later the Agent who i first dealt with called me saying i do not qualify for the bonus as i am high risk or something. Did he not know this when doing the quote than to waste my time going through the entire quote process? I feel that this is jus one reason not to pay the R500 as promised.
