Bad Service.

My jetta car had been giving me problems for some time. It was repaired by VW booysens but the repairs were paid for by the Outsurance Motor plan. Its the exact same problem over and over again of mis-firing and losing power. I have taken the car back to VW on a number of times and it seems that they dont know what the problem is or they reluctant to go through expenses to have the engine reopened to see what the cause is. I have asked for assistance from OUTsurance before to help me drive this problem back to VW before and i was told that i am on my own. Surely OUTsurance should have a say in this matter working in my best interests. I am very disappointed and bitter towards OUTsurance for the "cold shoulder" treatment received. Considering my loyalty of over 10 years service, this is no way to treat a client.
