Bad service

Very bad experience as a 3rd party claimer they refused to pay my car saying i should have avoided the accident and be vigilent enough to see their client. The driver who bumped me was not in a condition to drive he even had a seizure after the accident and his high blood pressure and sugar levels were more than 200 when tested by ambulance people on the scene. Even now he is still in hospital because of that. The company owner who is the driver's boss admitted that his employee left work saying he doesn't feel well. Now the insurance is refusing to pay me and pay their client.
