Bad service
I took insurance whereby one of their consultants advised to take Essential insurance and didnt inform me that it will pay out R19k if I have an accident. My premium is R618 per month for 2011 Kia Picanto, when I find I saw a reap off. My so hurt that I paid for 2 years and 11 month with little knowledge that I had with my insurance. I'm so disgusted.
