Bad service

Car was ****** under a house invasion. Matrix found after four days, now OUTsurance has millions of conditions and inflate the quote on the damages without proof. Assessor is unreal. Even the car that was locked up behind electric door and gate by gunpoint my wife had to hand over her handbag, now can't get a rental as she doesn't have a licence card....so disappointed
