Bad Service!!!
I am extremely unhappy with the way that Outsurance (mis)handled my claim. When their legal and claims department couldn't get the other party (Speedy Towing & Spares - who's car was *******ly on the road and who was blatantly lying) to cooperate, they turned it around and blamed me for the accident, closing the claim without any correspondence with me. I had a signed affidavit from the police with my statement, but that meant nothing over the word of the other driver. Terrible service!!!
