Bad service

I took out an insurance with Outsurance, they took premiums without giving me cover on my vehicle, I cancelled the policy and asked them to mail me proof that it has been cancelled. after 4 calls and holding on for hours I still don't have any proof that it is cancelled. so month end they will again take a unauthorized premium
