Bad service

After my motorbike accident it took forever to reach a point of deciding to write off my bike. So now they have final report from assessor and all documents from me. <br> But still refuse to settle the claim until they pay the bike shop that THEY chose to send the bike to for the quite and then receive the bike. They have been trying to do this now for 2 weeks!!<br> I do not see why they cannot settle the amount with me because of issues they are having with other 3rd parties that THEY used!<br>
