Bad service

My Toyota Ldv is insured with Outsurance N1 4x4 in Pretoria did a 2x4 to 4x4 conversion on the bakkie worth R66217.00 including vat On 25 July I discussed the cost of the conversion with Outsurance (Brain Mitchell was the contact person ) he requested that I send him the N1 4x4 invoice and EFT to proof that the conversion was done On 1 Aug I send him all the requested documentation On 2 Aug I phoned again to make sure that the documentation was received Outsurance confirms that they did receive the documentation but could not confirm that the conversion amount was added to the insured amount On 3 Aug I phoned again and was promised that Mr Mitchell will phone me back before close of office on Friday I am still waiting for the phone call or confirmation that the conversion amount was added to the insured amount
