Bad service

I have constantly been failed by outsurance, the service nje, is so extremely bad, they booked for repairs at Smash Autobody in Pretoria, for 4 weeks were as the said is going to be 3 week, in that 4 week I have stayed without a curtasy car, because when I requested it on a Monday I was to told that I can only get it on Friday. When my car came back, it came back with a dead and empty petrol tank. Is been parked at my parents place while said they doing an investigation, On the 24 April the said wanna pay money so can buy battery mind you I'm in witbank and my car is in Siyabuswa, when ask how am I going to carry the battery home, they was just so rude, and we meeting you half way, as if they doing me a favor, I really need the car, i still need the car to attend a wedding. They are not say anything about my petrol or curtasy car, were as there is an additional expense for it, they'll promise to call you back, but nothing, not will return a call, I told took up on myself to call, I had spent more than R4500 to go work with my Bold. Is really frustrating, we are now going on third week.
