Bad service

Outsurance sent Durasec contracters to remove my security camaras and replace them. Phoned for 2 weeks and get no response. We will phone you back. But they never do. So fed up. They removed my camaras that they replaced a year ago that was such bad quality. Now they have my cameras and dont replace it. All the phone calls everyday is costing me money but they just dont come back to me. Cant leave on holiday because my security is compremised
