Bad service

Just wanna share my unsatisfied with service receive from Outsurance..<br> <br> Suffer loss of food deterioration,i was send pilar to post..told to send this and that as a proof of my loss.At end I was told as per policy condition my claim was rejected.To my shocking surprise I havnt even receive documents until the day of claim but was told just like that without any shame.<br> <br> I have three policies with them which they are not even aware of it,i guess am gonna cancel all of them.
