Bad service!!!

I requested a quote on car insurance from Outsurance and was promised a reward of R400 should they not be able to match or better my existing insurance cover. <br> After completing my quote and realising that he could not match it up to my existing policy, the consultant became very anxious to end my call and I never received any information about other benefits or how he could better the cover for me. I also am still waiting for some email I need to respond to in order to receive the reward I was promised. <br> <br> I am certainly not happy with the level of service I received!!!!!
