BAD SERVICE

Logged a call for towing service @ 7:30pm. Outsurance sent message @ 8pm that tow truck would be there in 66mins. Called again after hour as still no tow truck, the driver said he is only leaving his offices in Bellville. he had bad attitude, no GPS or map book, didnt know how to get to our truck. its now 9:31pm and still no tow truck.<br> This is really BAD service from such a Big Company -Outsurance. i'm really disappointed.
