BAD SERVICE
<p>Regarding my claim nr ********** 18 (the contents): After months my claim is not finalized. I blame this fully on the staff that is working on this claim. The building side of this claim was handled very professionally and without any problems, thanks to the project manager. It is very bad service from Outsurance and I am about to cancel all my other insurance policies with Outsurance.</p>
