This is unacceptable! Cardo our claims manager did contact you to get this matter resolved. We appointed a new service provider who has already been to your premises. We do apologize for this delay!

Regards, Kelvin

Good Day

I have been to the property this week as I am fixing up the property. With money out of my own pocket. This is due to the repairs that was to be completed by the contractor was not complete. When i logged the call i advised the consultant that this property was vandalised. Making mention of the damages to pipes and especially the kitchen cupboards that were damaged and taps that were ******. Only the outside tap was replaced with a small tap which is nothing like the original tap that was on there.

When I advised nonhlanhla about the wiring I was advised that I would have to log another claim and pay an addition amount (excess) for that claim which I found strange as I would assume it should be one claim for the multiple damages.

I then requested for an electrician to go to the property and give a report on the damages as the light fitting in the bedrooms were removed. To date i have not received any response regarding that.

The last conversation I had with the consultant she apologised as she was off from work and was due to go for an operation.

I would appreciate it if somebody can assist me with a quote on what the contractors claimed to have replaced on the property.

Also if my policy can be explained to me by a consultant.

Please be advised that all this happened within the 1st week of January so it was an issue to get contractors to the property initially. The main concern was the water that was running and flooding the property. If you look at the amount of times I called in over that period and listen to the calls all information was given to the consultant.

I do feel that after all these years with outsource my claim should be dealt with in a better and professional manner.
