Bad Service

<p>I'm a outsurance client for approximately 12 years. I had my first VA, and I was the guilty party. According to their 3rd party insurance they cover them. On the accident scene the towing company for outsurance load my vehicle on a flat bed and I asked them what about the innocent party's vehicle. They told him he can't drive with his vehicle, should any more damages occur my insurance will not pay for his damages. They towed his vehicle to their yard. I phoned outsurance and they told me they will not pay for his vehicle that was towed away and the costs was already R8400. 00. Instructed me the innocent party must go and collect his vehicle, he paid that money and then he must take his vehicle to a panel beaters of his choice to get a quote. They now will decide how much of the quote they will pay out to this poor man. This is not fair. There whole add is false advertising. This is suppose to be a comprehensive insurance. They are a bunch of ****s and Im going to take my insurance to a other company. Please ppl read your fine script and make sure before you decide to take out insurance with them </p>
