Bad service

Hi my name is Jaco and I've been a OUTSURANCE client for more than 10 years.<br> At the end of February my wife was in an accident, a vehicle skipped a traffic light and hit her on her door.<br> Outsurance send us to a repair centre and when I saw the place it looked *****. I phoned and noted my concern.<br> <br> After the fourth time that they told me that I can collect my vehicle, my wifes Nissan xtrail is still not repaired up to standard. The window does not work, wires still not plugged in, bad paint job. The door is welded on and does not open properly, etc. It looks bad. Nothing is repaired properly. <br> <br> Since then I tried to get hold of someone that can help, but the person working on our claim is on leave so apparently no one else can help.<br> <br> I was always very impressed with their service but will definitely not refer anyone to them at this stage. <br> Every time I phone they tell me someone will get back to me, but no-one does.<br> They say they cut out the middle man, but now nobody is there to help. <br> <br> I am frustrated.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Jaco Fourie Policy nr OT***
