Bad Service

I refered 2 people to Outsurance. According to them I will receive R400.00 per client. This will be deducted from my premium.in February and March 2023. The 1st deduction was done in February but the full premium was deducted in March 2023. On the other policy the premium was to be refunded and this has also not been done. I called today and was told that they will return after their investigation. I could not take the call and called them. When I called the phone was put done in my ear. This is unacceptable
