BAD SERVICE
I was contacted by outsurance in and around January 2021 for a quote on my vehicle.
I was advised that it to try and beat my current car insurance, however, they could not beat it.
Afterwards, as per the advise they promise to give a R 500 should they be unable to beat your insurance. After being unable to beat my insurance I was advise that I can claim the R 500.
I then received a message of the documents I was suppose to submit of which I did.
To date I have yet to receive any feedback from them.
