Bad schemers and worst service delivery

I was involved in a car accident whereby their client was in the wrong. Submitted a third party claim. They requested that I sent them pictures of my car from there they assessed my car using those very images,because apparently their assessment centres closed. I have a quote from the panel beaters where my car is at of 100000 rands. The estimate they came with was 47 thousand brands of which they say they'll only pay 28 thousand. My car is in a bad state at the moment. I requested that they send those very same assessors to assess my car from a standing view point and all that the person dealing with this claim "Sinethemba" could say was for me to deal with the matter legally as they will not change anything. I genuinely feel for their client who submitted his first claim in four years and was told to fix his own car as well.
