BAD SALES EXPERIENCE

Phoned for a insurance quote. I explicitly said I only want a quote and am shopping around for other quotes. The person that answered the phone then started arguing with me why I am not accepting their offer after going through the whole process. She then put the floor manager on the phone and he also started arguing with me why I am not accepting their offer, then he just disappeared from the phone and could hear him talking in the background. Clearly customer support is not a priority for them.
