Bad on you Outsurance
They advertise that you can get R400 cash back if their quote is more than what you are paying now. I did the whole quote and they were 3x what I'm paying now. They sent me the link to apply for the pay back and I did everything they asked. I have just received a reply that they can't pay me the R400 because my current Insurance policy update was done longer than 48 hours ago and a whole lot of other things that they don't tell you. An absolute disgrace.
