Bad insurance
I have been with this insurance ever since 17 years ago and I have been trying to get help from them. Instead they will ask for absurd amount for putting a new geyser.
I wrote a review on the 4th December and ever since then they have only called me once. One of their agent called but because I was in a taxi and we couldn't hear each other. I asked to be called after 30 because I will be home.
This is the worst customer service I have encountered.
