Bad Experience with Outsurance Contact centre agents

I am doing this on behalf of my mother. She is very unahppy with the servicr that she has been receiving from Outsurance. She wants to change her Insurance fkr her vehicle if she is still unsatisfied after this review.

Her premiums are going up as per email received...but she received a call and she was told that her premius won't increase.

Her account was not being debited on time for her monthly premium.

So all this is vetting her frustrated and does nkt trust the company anymore
