BAD EXPERIENCE
I had a very nad experience, did online application for pet insurance, consultant phoned me, all the info I filled out online was not available to him, very lengthy conversation, for about half hour, then he asked if I was ever refused cover by insurance company, i answered yes 12 years ago, was told their system flagged me as high risk, really???? For something 12y ago? Never had a claim in the last 12y, and why do you have insurance if you get flagged as a "high risk" after s claim???? Got sorted elsewhere, will never deal with outsurance again!!!
