Bad experience ever
I will never recommend outsurance to anyone. I have a vehicle insuranced since 2019. I have never missed any premiums. Got involved in an accident 2020, no assessor came to check till today they keep saying they will bring one. Now they keep calling me to withdraw the claim cause they not getting feedback from the person responsible for my accident. I'm really disappointed.

Further to our private reply to you after having received your feedback, we confirm our legal recoveries claims manager was in contact with you regarding the recovery from the 3rd party. We also confirm the repairs to your vehicle were concluded in 2020 already.
Since we have a clear merit dispute, and based on the 3rd party's version, we lack evidence and cannot litigate the matter in court. This was discussed with you yesterday.
