BAD EXPERIENCE AS A 3RD PARTY- OUTSURANCE

I would like to let Outsurance clients to be aware of their I am not insured with OUTSURANCE, so i was a third party . My car was hit by their client, who was drunk, jumped over the red lights, got arrested for drink and driving . When i put a claim to OUTSURANCE, they defended their client, saying he was not wrong, threathning us to pay their client. They were not interested in listening to get our side of story, even the case number proving that their client was arrested didnt help. I had to go all out and get a footage proving their client was wrong. Only after the footage, which I suspect they saw their client was wrong, they said the client forfeited the cover, therefore I have to fix my car. Remember this was said only after the foortage, all along they were defending him, the client is a police officer, imagine defending a police officer for almost killing my children. As i am writing this, my car is still beyond repairs.
