BAD EXPERIENCE

I lost my phone and i had Out and About that covers my phone and unspecified item, I changed my insurance as insurance for my car was very expensive, then the consultant cancelled the unspecified item and i thought when he said i am covered for Out and About, its including unspecified items as well and he did'nt send me contract, i phoned 3 times to asked for the contract and i didn't receive anything, until i claimed for my phone where i was told that i am covered for my phone only. i am also not happy the fact that i was covered for R7500 for my phone and I paid access of R500 but Outsurance replaced my phone for the same model which cost R6849. 00.
