Bad customer services

<p>If I remember well, Outsurance called me when they wanted me to take life insurance with them. Now that I took it and want to update my details, I have to call them. Actually run after them. I emailed outsurance I don't know how many times about updating my banking details, but I never get replies. The next thing you'll be closing my insurance cause I wasn't paying. Can you please attend to this or I leave. I am sure there are other insurance companies that can do way better than this. </p>
