Bad customer service
Called this morning to get a quote with the company ,I spoke to Gerald bad customer service offered ,he first did not introduce himself beginning of the call and then when I asked for a quote he already said I have a policy with you guys when I enquired more he then changed and said no I don't but he kept being annoyed and showed leas interest to the call.I asked for his surname and he said no way cause I want to lay a complaint and he dropped my call.
