Bad customer service
Firstly I do not know whether I am getting this slow response or feedback from them because I’m not their client it’s a third party claim or what because it’s been weeks whereas I am waiting to finalise the claim when u follow up most of the time their staff is out of office so I am really frustrated by them honestly I submitted all docs needed bt still waiting
