Bad customer service!!!
So I was bumped from the back on the 30th of October and Outsurance took my car for repairs, my car has been away since then and Outsurance is giving me issues with providing a courtesy car. Where they took my car for repairs they couldn’t match the colour of my car now the car is having two colours? how am I supposed to drive/move around without a car, only Outsurance knows!!!
