Bad Client service

I have registered a claim more than a week ago. When I send an email to the consultant handling the claim she calls my husband and informs him that she has queries regarding my claim.<br> She is looking and poking for information in order to reject my claim.<br> I have been patient and I am tired of the way she is treating me.<br> I am tired of being treated like I am a ***** and like I am low class.<br> <br>
