Bad claims service!!!
On 9 October I was hit by an Outsurance client's car at the intersection of Trichardt Road and First street while turning. The driver attempted to overtake me at a robot and crossed a solid line and then said that we had stalled our car and neither had an indicator on which is false.
I made the accident report and have countless witnesses at that very intersection that can vouch for what happened.
Their client has not submitted the accident report to their insurer and I have now found out that they are assuming my guilt based on their client's account without addressing me.
I did not expect such a big insurance company to not follow the process, especially in their legal department. Their client has claimed harassment but should that be the case when I just want to know where the process is.
Now I sit with an accident-damaged vehicle while their client's repairs have already been approved for repairs.
I have attempted to sort this out in a proper fashion but the fact they say I'm guilty is not on.
