Bad Claim

Licensed insurer and FSP. when enquire after my premium went off Outsourance say it only applying for end of May. Second complaint I reversed into a car 10 May which I feel it both parties fault as I did not see him in the parking and why he stop and drive as per a witness when he see me reversing. I refer the matter to legal department a person by the name Farisani Mulidi phone me very unhappy with Outsourance service. The car I reverse into have two light scratches why must the whole bumper be sprayed over if It can be polish out. I disagree with the virtual assessment done. The OUTbonus is a cash bonus that rewards you for not claiming. After three consecutive claim-free years, OUTsurance pays 10% of your paid insurance premiums back don't tell me this is not already included in your monthly premium which you actually already pay for. For sure Outsourance you losing one more client. To top it all Outsourance told me that the other party requested my statement so for protecting your personal information
