Bad choice choosing OUTsurance pet

Im ever so sorry I went with OUTsurance pet and not Medipet. My dog was diagnosed with stage 3 mast cell tumor and requires urgent radiation treatment to save his life. Now because im not able to afford the treatment and pay for it, OUTsurance will not cover me unless I pay first. I mean who has R30k to R40k laying around to pay for these things, this is why one gets pet insurance. Ive been a client for almost 3 years paying the premiums all for nothing because now my dog really needs the help, his life is literally on the line and this **** insurance doesnt even help, what the hell is the point of having it. Not everyone has access to that sort of money. I was told my dog has less than 2 months to live if i dont get him the treatment asap. I should have just chosen medipet from the start as they pay straight to the vet. Please pet owners be aware Medipet is the better choice.
